Op again, thanks for posting the picture. You see the 2 rods are just pinched by the did I say it enough CHEAP plastic clips. Those rods are not threaded in to the plastic clip, just groves and are pinched. Even looking at his picture I can see the rod groves are no centered in the clip. Yes there is a little slop in the movement , ok I guess. I ended up putting a dab of jb weld on each side of the groves rod so hopefully it won’t pull out.

Your truck is beautiful. Being in cold country you will enjoy the heated mirrors and steering wheel. I didn't need that option in Florida. I am not tech savvy, and can't figure out how to send a photo.
I also have some recommendation questions, and can't figure out how to post a question. I can only reply to an individual post.
