I bought the vented one from https://segarms.square.site/ and I am really happy with it. It was packaged really well, fits precisely, and made in the US of A. The vented cover gives me confidence that water won't be trapped in the cover and contribute toward corrosion.

This has been covered a million times on this Forum. I just downloaded the file code and printed them off on a 3D printer. There's a file for the square hole as well.

Ditto. I ordered one, and it came with both a solid cover and a vented cover. I installed the solid cover, as it doesn't look like water in the lid is going to be an issue.
