Some are. Not sure what you are asking, some people use a thin vinyl "sticker", I used a thicker "domed" style like this.

Yea ! I have vinyl sticker type letters on my Mav . about $9 on Amazon over 2 years ago . so far so good .

These are thick plastic and they look better than I thought.

The indented lettering is bad enough, no inserts for me. I know it's a Maverick, not trying to draw attention to the obvious.

I was actually thinking of reskinning the tailgate and eliminating the lettering all together. Maybe the Ford logo area too.
