Tailgate Adjustment

My tailgate strikers are adjusted correctly. But on the lower right side (passenger side) the tailgate is not flush with the quarter panel. I am wondering if the tailgate hinge is adjustable and if anyone can post information about how to adjust.

Can't be too difficult to figure out.
Look at how the tailgate hinges are attached to the tailgate and to the bed.
If there are screws or bolts, the screws or bolts can be loosened to check for play and adjustment.
There is no possibility of adjustment of any side that is welded.

The hinges bolt up at 2 locations. Will check service manual to see if there is any adjustment range.
