I did do it via USB. Will see if it works the next time. Think you are the only one that said the wifi update worked.

I tried downloading the software and did the steps but it didn’t work for me.

That's how I did it. I don't think it ever does it over wi fi. It should work. Joe Mac said he got one from Ford did not know they did that may be worth a try. I had no issues before or after the upgrade. But it's a good idea to have the capability. You know how computers are.

I am having issues as well with Lariat. I have downloaded the files to the USB stick. When I put the stick in the USB it says the file is loaded and will be installed at next startup or something like that. I have tried it over the last couple days and it still does not update.

You need to be parked close enough to a wifi source. Use your Ford Pass App.

Oh I am connected to wifi. Another poster said after they updated the wifi update started to work. Have not tested that yet.

If you go into your setting you will see update software, then it will ask what wifi network.
