It does not. I’d rather have navigation built-in than use my phone.
It does in a way. The clock is set by GPS and you can find the truck on the app. This is one of those cases where they chose to not offer a no or near-zero cost option. I don't care about the actual navigation I just wish we could see the speed limit in the center gauge like is offered on the Bronco Sport.

I have never used google maps on my Android phone for anything other than looking up addresses and such, never for actual navigation. I've always used the built-in navigation in our 2 C-maxes, or our Tom-Tom in other cars.

It's my understanding that if I plug my phone into the Maverick (someday, when it gets built and delivered) that it will display the google maps on the center screen, and allow all the usual choices either by tapping the screen or by voice commands.

So is it going to be voice turn by turn navigation, or will I have to look down at the center screen while I'm in 4 lanes of traffic searching for the right exit?

I've looked through the Sync3 part of the owners manual pdf online, but it seems to show generic Ford Sync3, not just what's in the Maverick. It shows the same info that my C-max manual has with full navigation.

Has anyone actually tried this in the Maverick yet?

In Google Maps settings, you can have voice commands enabled. I disabled it on mine. Can't have it interrupting my K-POP jams on the freeway.
