switch salesmen???

I am having trouble with the salesman that placed my order at the dealership. He is acting like he has less information access than I have regarding information on the status of my order. There is another salesman who works there that I know from work vehicle services. I feel like I wont be happy with my current salesman, nor with what He may try to pull on me. Is it ethical, and or, possible to ask to have another salesperson help to complete my order?

btw, it is built, and is scheduled for delivery 3/22 but still showing in production on the tracker site.

Ask the sales manager if you can switch sales persons. Not sure if they will.

Back in 2015 I ordered a Mustang. The salesman that put the order in wasn’t helpful and pretty much ignored me or acted like he was being bothered so I was able to get a different salesman to work with me until I finally received the car.

I had similar issues, now I've been working directly with the manager.

Is it ethical to fire an employee? The salesperson is your employee through the transaction. You have every right to fire and rehire for the position.
