I contacted my dealer last Friday to see if they could have the tonneau cover removed from my build. Was told today that I can no longer make any changes because of a SVS commit by Ford. My question is, what's an SVS commit and does it mean I will be scheduled soon?

Sounds like it is either scheduled for production or has been moved to a priority 2, which prevents changes being made to the order. Call Ford and see what they tell you about it.

I have been at priority 2 since November.
