how long has the dealership had it and been trying to repair? I would guess they're escalating with Ford, but I don't know how long that takes. presumably, some parts are going to get replaced since they already tried a reflash. I am not sure why there would be much question as to which parts.

you might have some luck calling Ford marketing customer service and asking for help escalating this. they will point you at the nearest dealership but I'd tell them you want Ford directly involved as it's unsafe to drive and so far unresolved.

Another possibility is a charging fault, but presumably there would be plenty of fingerprint codes for the dealer if that was the case.

I recommend looking at your state's lemon laws, cars that don't get fixed get bought back in lots of states.
