Hey MTC,
I just installed the Steeda rear anti-sway bar (link to product) on my 22 AWD Maverick. The installation went well, but they included 2 metal rings in the box and I can't find information on them anywhere. From the Steeda and YouTuber install videos, there doesn't seem to be anything mentioned. They look like they are spaces for the control links, but I'm not sure if I could even put them in if I wanted.
Pictures of the rings are below, as well as the mounted bar. Please let me know if you know what they are for and/or if I should try to get them installed.
Also, if you're looking at installing a rear sway bar, it's been great! You'll defs need a T50 & T40 socket to remove the bolts on the control arms, and I highly recommend lowering the exhaust to help with removing the old 1.
Rings/Spaces:
They are about the width of the bar and have 2 set screws.
Installed Bar:
I don't think there is enough thread for the spacer here, but it might go on the bar itself???
