Start-X Climate Question - No AC

I installed the Start-X on my 22 XL Hybrid last week. It auto starts thru my FOB perfectly.
However, it does not kick on my AC. I have left the truck climate on AC when I have shut off the vehicle. When it auto starts, the fan blows, but there is no cool air.
There is also no "lights" lit on the climate controls.
I would like to know if anyone who has installed this encounters the same issue?

Did you have the AC on Auto when you turned it off? Or manually on?

HVAC works perfectly with Start-X in my XL Hybrid. It will resume at whatever settings you left the controls before you shut down the truck.

I usually turn the climate control to MAX A/C (or HI fan speed + LO temp) before I shut off the truck. Later, when I hit LOCK>UNLOCK>LOCK sequence on the fob, the truck turns on after a few seconds and then the A/C starts a few seconds later.

The HVAC indicator lights do not come on and you cannot adjust the HVAC until you insert & turn the key. This is normal operation.

Finally got a hold of Start-X and they were able to help!

Solution: I had to set my remote start to "AUTO" in the vehicle settings.

For info: I did have my controls set to AC at LO temp but not to MAX A/C or HI fan speed. Thus my AC never kicked on - even letting it run for 5 mins and it was over 100!
