East Tennessee girl, here! After searching for a few months, I took possession of my new Maverick Lariat yesterday, and I couldn't be happier. I've wanted a truck for several years. This was a birthday gift from my hubby. It will probably be the last vehicle I ever purchase in my lifetime, so I got it with all the bells and whistles, omitting the sunroof by my own choice. Only adding a few mods, like the hole cover for the tailgate, and adding a tonneau cover & window vents next week. I love my Desert Brown leather interior, and I am tickled pink with this fabulous little truck!

He has a F-250, which he enjoys very much. He loves this little Lariat. He's 6"3", and finds this new lil truck a very pleasant & comfortable ride. Me, not so much in his F-250.

LOL, fair warning, if he doesn't need to haul more than 1500lbs, tow more than 2000lbs and need AWD very often. He may try commandeering your Maverick every chance he gets. Not just the mileage, ride or ease of getting in the cab or loading the bed but the ease of parking and handling. Plus when you park being narrower it offers the doors to open wider which also improves entering and exiting the cab. Not just long hauls but quick trips it still offers an easier and more of a pleasant experience IMHO. Not knowing what engine/transaxle you purchased but if you got the 2.0 ecoboost you can add extra speed to the equation not sure of many F250's that can do 0 to 60 in 5.9 seconds. Again just giving you fair warning.

Yup, to ALL of that. I have the 2.0 EcoBoost - LOVE IT! This little thing really has some giddy-up and go! He enjoys driving it, but he has a 2000 Toyota Celica for his daily driver, and he really likes the sports car better for running around in. He uses his F250 to haul a 24-foot enclosed car trailer (for his racecar). I'll be private-selling my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD Sport, as soon as I can get back home to do it. Love that vehicle, it's been fabulous for me. But I am not regretting switching over to the Maverick, at all!
