On my 22 I have spray-in (after market) and a bed mat! My 25 I'm picking up tomorrow has factory Spray-in and I also will be putting the bed mat in.
Have you decided on which bed mat you plan to install? I think that’s a great addition no matter what spray-on bed liner is installed..

I have the Ford bed mat and it’s a great quality mat. I will be taking it out of my current truck today and putting it in my new one tomorrow.

What is the benefit of adding a bed mat if the spray in liner has been installed? Also, how does the Ford mat compare to the Weathertech one?

Some bed mats are carpet and thus less friction than the SIBL. Makes it easier to slide items in and out.

I use a bed mat in mine that is sort of rubbery plastic because the factory spray in liner is too slippery for my pelican case tool boxes I haul around for work. It was from Amazon and came with my floor mats which are basically weather tech knock offs so a very similar material to that. Without the bed liner the cases slip back under acceleration and then slam into the bulkhead under braking. If these cases weren't hard smooth plastic I assume the spray in liner would be better, but the combination of the two provides basically no grip.

I have the Ford one and its heavy thick rubber. Very good quality mat. It helps so things don't slide around as much and its more comfortable on your knees if you are in the back of the bed.

I have the factory spray on bed liner and just ordered the ford mat they look to be of good quality and I think I paid $170 hoping to get it yet this week I want to prevent things from sliding and also protect the bed liner and keep it looking new hopefully my plan works
