Someone traded an Ecoboost XLT at my local Subaru

I brought my Forester in for an oil change (which I plan to sell and order a 2023 Maverick) and they had an Area 51 Mav in the used lot. Someone bought it and immediately traded it for an Outback. Bad thing is they want $40k and it’s not a hybrid. I did get to check it out as it’s the first I’ve seen and I really like the interior layout. It actually has more room for me to sit than my Forester. Makes me want one even more

I've always preferred the service I get from Goose or Iceman.

Some people buy/trade in and out of vehicles so fast I don't get it. But given the Mav had to be ordered sight unseen, it won't be for everybody. Hoping I love mine because I am planning on driving it for quite some time.

What. The maverick cab is bigger than the forester? That surprises me. Thanks for the info!

It’s not necessarily bigger overall, but it has more leg room than my Forester.
