I feel your pain! Mine was built 11/25 and shipped 11/27 with eta originally of 12/20…

I have been dealing with the same thing and it just sits at the rail yard! Been 110 miles away for the last month just waiting for the carrier to pick it up.

Fingers crossed they will get your’s picked up soon!
