Side mirror "delaminating"?

Hi all,

Something really wonky has happened to my driver's side mirror over the past few weeks. It started with what seemed like a film or something on the surface of the mirror, so I cleaned it with glass cleaner... except it didn't really get rid of the issue.

Then as it's gotten much colder this week, when I have the heated mirrors turned on it has the pattern shown in the attached picture. Same pattern every time.

I think iy might be something up with the layers of the mirror lens... anyone every experienced anything like this?

If so, does anyone have a part number for a driver's side mirror on a 2022 Lariat?

Is that as clear as it gets? Depending on your miles that should be covered under warranty. That's definitely can be defined as a safety issue. It could affect your blind spot camera.

I'm in Calgary, Alberta, Canada... -16 Celsius, or ~3 degrees Fahrenheit this morning.

Unfortunately my 60000km bumper-to-bumper warranty is up as I have ~64000km on it now.
