Side marker/extra turn signal question

I do like the Amazon specials, the Mabetts are a bit chunky but probably higher quality.

I have the Mabetts on my 24 XLT, and I like them. I do not find them chuncky. The LED lights protrude enough that when your eye alings with the side of my Mav you can see them flashing when I change lanes, and that was more what I wanted. They have been on about 18 months with no issues.

I'm thinking about installing a side mounted turn signal where the XLT "vent" is on the side in front of the doors. I've found two options, one from Mabett and an Amazon special. Was wondering if anyone has had any luck with the Amazon special.

I made my own using the factory XLT Tim and installed a set of Amber bulbs I got from Amazon. I also ordered a set of the Orange covers from ETSY and they look good. They are turn signal indicator and flash on when locking and unlocking the truck.
