I'll take a black one, if he has that color available.

The resin is gray, but they do take paint well. I’ve used rattle can on stuff he’s made for me. He just finished first batch. Once I get them, I will test the fit on my truck and let folks know if they’re good to go

I was looking at replacing the 12 volt covers in the bed. I wanted to buy a couple of replacement ones (no plug) as I was going to drill the ones I had and install marine receptacles through them. (The marine receptacles have covers. . I wanted the spares in case I messed it up. WE ll the dealer showed me the factory one with the receptacle already in in it. Just hook up the wires and put it in the hole in the bed. $ 180.00 WHAT? I know dealers aren't cheap, but that is ridiculous. Maybe a supply issue, maybe they didn't like me. I don't know but I can't believe that. Well, it's a 1 1/18 drill and being very careful.
I'm thinking about seeing how they look with black undercoating to try to match the texture of the SIBL? I might have them this weekend

Not sure if anyone ever tried that 3d print file, but the pieces need modified at the bottom to fit. Not sure if it’s due to SIBL or the bottom is just not wide enough to slip around the metal. Learned hard way by breaking one trying to force it in place. Flat divot tool with sandpaper wrapped around it did the trick. Sanded all of them and then tested the fit on my truck.

Lol, instead of drill out the factory plate then 3d print a replacement, just 3d print one with a hole cost less.
