Set Auto Start Stop to remember last mode?

Layman's assumption is that just disconencting the battery plug as some have suggested could also glitch the charging system.

Yup, that’s what I do.

Don't have mine yet, but, 1. put on seat belt, 2. push auto/start button and it doesn't shut off next time you stop? Thanks.

Correct. It’ll have a message pop up on the instructions,ent cluster screen saying it’s deactivated which goes away after a few seconds. But yes that’s how ya do it. Just remember every time you start the engine you have to do that

It becomes second nature pretty quickly. I hit the disable button soon as I get in the truck without realizing it now.

I’d love to use that auto stop eliminator above but hate for it to void my vehicles warranty just incase it does.

I doubt it'll void your warranty. It just plugs in, and if you want to remove it you just unplug it. So I say just unplug it before you bring it into service with a dealership.
