secure code keypad added at no charge?

My mave is in the process of "in production". Therefore I got a window sticker. On it, it says I got the key pad. I didn't order that spec, but I really wanted it(not worth 200). Anyone else have this happen to them? did it actually come with it? did they make you pay for it?
