Just sharing a screen issue that started this morning. Drive Mav to store yesterday and no issues. Got in truck this morning, fired it up and all of a sudden screen issues. It's like the resolution dropped for some reason and there is pixelation across the screen. Radio/Android car play works, screen just looks like ass. Tried shutting the truck off a couple times and the issue remains.

The photos don't show it the greatest, but on the blue background there arches of like dead pixels. On the grey screen, it's all jagged at the top. When you tap an icon, it's really low poly looking. Again it's like the resolution just shit the bed.

Obviously I haven't had a chance to take it in yet as I'm at work.

Try doing a soft reset of the system

With ignition on, press and hold the seek up ( >> ) button and also the on/off/volume knob.

Wait for the screen to go dark, then release both controls.

It may take a shortish interval for the reset to fully cycle through and complete, following which the screen display will reappear.

Soft reset should save any settings you have previously made.

This worked. Thank you again for the suggestion! It was going to be tough to find time to get the truck in to service.

I had the same issue this morning when I got in my truck. Searched the forum while driving to the office. 👆🏼 Did this when I parked and it worked! Thanks for the help!
