Re
Installed the taillights at the weekend on my 2026, needed to do the connector modification + Forscan changes but otherwise smooth.

They look pretty sick, and I'm no longer worried about getting rear ended when turning - flashing brake lights as turn signals are too subtle in my opinion.

The lights don't sit perfectly flush with my truck's body, there is a gap of maybe 1mm on the outer edges. I think this might be due to them not locating into the ball push clips as well as the OEM ones? Any tips to tidy this up appreciated.

Replace the plastic fasteners, HM1 and HX1.

Do the taillights fit all model years and trims?
Form/Diode said: These are NOT currently confirmed to work for the '25+ models. The reply can be found at https://www.diodedynamics.com/2022-2024-ford-maverick-led-tail-lights-pair.html.

BUT
There is a possible fix from Panda Motorworks (see install instructions at https://www.pandamotorworks.com/col...l-led-tail-lights-ford-maverick-red-or-smoked)

Form/Diode said: Panda's recommendations were confirmed by their internal team rather than ours, and we still only list these lamps for the '22-'24 model years for plug-and-play compatibility. Any modification necessary would be for the '25+ models, but we can't advise on that front, and you'd need to contact Panda Motorworks directly for more info.

I still ordered the Form Taillights on sale and debating whether to try the Pandascan fix.....TBD

Looking to add them to my 2025, did you do the Panda Motorworks fix https://www.pandamotorworks.com/col...l-led-tail-lights-ford-maverick-red-or-smoked OR DIY? Would love some tips and tricks if you don't mind, thanks in advance.

Yeah, the Panda Motorworks forscan changes worked just fine (y) The tabs you're removing are on the connectors of the new lights, not the truck side of the harness - so there's nothing permanent if you ever want to revert to stock lights etc.
