Rustproofing recommendation at Madison Auto Protection and Rustproofing

Hello to anyone thinking of getting their Maverick (or any other newer vehicle) rustproofed in the Great Lakes region. I can highly recommend Ernesto at Madison Auto Protection and Rustproofing. Today Ernesto and his assistant did a thorough and fantastic job with my Maverick. Ernesto answered all my questions via email in advance of making my appointment. He convinced me he had experience with Mavericks and knew what areas would be vulnerable to road salt and rust issues down the road. He applied a wax and oil system to my Maverick. Unlike what many others have posted, Ernesto removed all 4 wheels, the wheel wells, the under body panels, and lowered the spare tire to ensure he could reach all areas of the Maverick. The job took several hours, and he showed me before and after of my Maverick on the hoist. I was impressed with his professionalism. He even gave me a loaner vehicle so I could run a few errands. The charge for this full service was $480. He even hand washed my truck after it was put back together and lowered off the hoist. He recommends annual inspections, and he will do any needed touch up spraying for just $20.

The owner even watched that one YouTube video that shows all the nooks and crannies... and he got up under the rockers and the door columns, and inside the doors, etc etc. I gave him extra plastic fasteners in the event some got damaged, and they did. Took him the better part of a day, cost was $500, with $100 unlimited re-sprays of Fluid Film.

The owner even watched that one YouTube video that shows all the nooks and crannies... and he got up under the rockers and the door columns, and inside the doors, etc etc. I gave him extra plastic fasteners in the event some got damaged, and they did. Where did you get the fasteners from or at least which ones were needed? I'm about 2 hours from Clearfield and am willing to make the drive.

Just got mine done today. They did a great job, took about 4 hours. Though they did forget to put the tailgate shock back in place, found it swinging free when I got home. Drove 2 hours to get there but it was worth the trip, it was a nice drive and helped break in the Maverick. $645 all told for the NHOU Wax-n-Oil with their warranty so I'll be going back yearly. Ernesto said Mavericks are their second most popular vehicle behind Tacomas. I didn't get a loaner but I got a nap in and had my Kindle with me.

Isn't too much of a smell, kinda smells like wax melting, but I did notice there are a few oily spots here and there. Underneath looks real good though, coating everywhere.

I'm happy to recommend them as well.
