LOL anyone who thinks Ford put any money into aero on the Maverick is kidding themselves. They built a cheap truck not a supercar.
They know the drag coefficient of every vehicle they make and have the knowledge, computer power, and wind tunnel access to create the most aerodynamic vehicle they can in every class, from the GT40 to the lowly Maverick.

Any aerodynamic accessory not from Ford is just window dressing and no doubt hinders aerodynamics and fuel economy.

However, should you get some hens teeth for your rig, be sure to get one of those big rear wings too.

A million ricers can’t be wrong.

A cheap vehicle like the maverick isn't going to get thorough wind tunnel testing like a gt40. They get it to a happy medium and call it good. There are some diffuser manufacturers that have done wind tunnel testing from compact cars to semis but no pickup trucks. That's the info I'd like to see.
