Reverting back to default settings

Lately for some reason my settings I setup, such as display screen on Night mode all the time, ambient lighting settings I picked etc. keep reverting back to the defaults. It also keeps asking me to acknowledge about connected services and if I will allow apps after each time I start the truck.

What gives? This just started happening in the last few days, before that all the settings I chose would stay.

Have you tried rebooting the infotainment system?

Yeah I tired that a couple times, with no luck. Considering disconnecting the main battery for a bit and reconnecting? I’m at a loss of what else it could be, unless anyone has found a fix.
