Removing Bolt from FLEXBED Track

Anyone have any history in removing these OEM track bolts? I had read that the bolt head is a Torx Plus 25. I bought one and it doesn’t form a tight enough seal and acts as if it is stripping the head. Trying to remove the rear bolt to attach a ratchet strap assembly on each side.
