I went to my dealer in Pittsburgh, Pa yesterday for an update on my 2023 Hybrid Lariat Maverick ordered 9/17/22. It's difficult to tell if they know anything about what's happening or if they just try to tell you what they think you want to hear. I was informed that Ford is trying to satisfy every order by October, and if they can't the order will be rolled over to 2024. This is coming from one of the largest Ford dealers in the state, and they said they are just now notifying the first 8 orders of 2022 that their vehicles are going into production.

Ford has not announced anything about rollovers. However, your dealer may simply have a policy to roll theirs over, which would make them a decent dealership to work with.

Right now, Ford is on track to have roughly 35% of hybrid orders unscheduled by October. Not great but better than the 50% it looked like at the beginning of the model year.
