Red McCombs Ford Dealership San Antonio

Im going to demo test drive the Mav at the Red McCombs Ford dealership this upcoming week and if i decide if its right for me, odds are ill order one from them.
If i order one im going to want to sell the truck i own atm. I still owe around 15k on it. Any tips?
Also, anyone have experiences or tips for working with a dealership in this situation? Or working with this dealership specifically for my san antonio fam?

The truck i own right now? I pay 440 a month on just the payments and almost 130 on gas if i dont carpool for work. Its a 2014 toyota tundra 1794 edition with a 4” lift and some other goodies on it. 70k miles no accidents. Not sure how much i could get for it but maybe high 20sk?
The maverick im looking to get is a xlt package, awd 5L with the ford 360 and lux package.

Also, Red McCombs had some bad press a while back. It involved dealer markup but looks like it was resolved for the buyer. Just FYI...
