Hello Everybody,
I am new to the factory ordering process directly through a dealership. Is it uncommon for a dealer to lock pricing at the time of ordering through a buyers order? I just got off the phone with a dealer who said they honored MSRP but said that they would change the MSRP at the time of delivery. Which would mean they cant price lock anything since MSRP will most likely change. I have no problem paying whatever the MSRP is at the time its delivered but what stopping them from charging whatever they want without a buyers order?
Also, this same dealership was trying to charge a nonrefundable $1000 deposit SMH. Still searching around
