Recommendations for LED Brake lights (Lariat Hybrid)?

My front turn signal Lasfits and backup (I think) Lasfits continue to work fine but the rear Lasfits all quit. Went back to using the stock bulbs. Might get the hitch light that ties into the brake and running lights to boost the rear end lighting.

Update on the Morimoto 4257 LED tail light bulbs. They do not work on my 2025 Lariat.

I installed them yesterday and tried the brake lights, running lights and turn signals. At first everything worked fine. Then when I put the left turn signal on the indicator light on the dash was hyper flashing but the turn signals outside were functioning fine. I went for a drive and then checked again.

After the drive my passenger side brake lights stopped working and the interior indicator light started hyper flashing. After that I put the stock bulbs back in and emailed Morimoto. I am waiting for their reply.

I believe, plugging tthat light into your hitch connection, makes the computer think that you are towing a trailer and automatically put you in tow mode.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like they did exactly what the LasFits did . . . worked for a bit, hyperflashed, and then just stopped working. I emailed Morimoto twice asking if 4757 bulbs would work on a recalled Lariat hybrid and never heard back. That didn't set too well with me. I hope you have better luck. Appreciate you pioneering them.

Yes it does. My $22 led light proved that. But there is one from Dynamics Diode that plugs into the tail light wiring harness and provides running and backup lighting for $120 or so Cdn. Plug and play. But no brake light. I might get it.

Just to throw in my two cents.

I didn't find this thread until I had issues with another bulb, purchased from Amazon (I know, I should know better). Installed front amber turn, rear reverse, and two each side of red turn/marker/brake. Once the bulbs were all in, the right side red bulbs would not light up, except for the hazards. These bulbs were advertised to work without any issues and I foolishly believe them.

Factory bulbs are reinstalled and everything is working as it should. Unfortunately, I dropped one of the screws from the right side down between the bed and tailgate and I think it fell into the plastic bin installed under that corner of the truck. It's too hot here right now for me to lay in the driveway trying to remove all the mounting screws to remove the bin. Anyone have a part number?

This is what I did and got the Dynamic Diode Hitch led light. I do have two led brake signal led bulbs from someone else which are lasting so far and I put up the hyper flashing. I really like the hitch light. Plug and play with the left side taillight wiring.
