Received an unexpected Ford email yesterday afternoon...a total shocker!!!

I received the same email! Got my VIN June 30th, original production date was week of 8/22 (this week), then 8/29, then week of 9/5. I never once received an email from Ford since the initial 'thanks for your order' email last Oct. I got most of my info by calling Ford customer service, which they were always very helpful. So, getting this email really surprised me!
Congrats, we are getting built same week. Lariat Lux hybrid.

I just had to go back and add up my military time on my email. I received my email at 16:15 yesterday. I received my email at 4:15 pm. I too was surprised. I had just ordered some 3D mats earlier in the day. I checked my phone and saw "Ford..." I didn't think anything at first because I get many emails regarding my "Escape Vehicle Report", but this said XLT. Hmm so it was a very good surprise. But I was moved back from my CS phone call to the 19th. So we are at the same build date. What's your Vin #? Mine is B00079.

My VIN 91357, ..... 8700 lower than yours. Maybe my 'all weather' floor mats has delayed me?????

My dealer tells me I’m locked in on build date of 09/06 on my Eco-boost Luxury pkg with co-pilot. It’s also showing delivery ETA of 09/11 to 09/16. Can’t imagine that happened but sure would be nice.

As I was sitting on my couch watching a movie with my wife on a rainy Monday afternoon, I received a very unexpected email at 1649 hrs! I was extremely shocked to read the title, and super excited when I opened it up and read it! I was finally notified the hybrid XLT with the lux pkg and CP360 that I ordered on 15 October will go into production on 19 September, of course, unless there's more constraints or delays. I wasn't expecting this notification at all!! What I was expecting was the an email notifying me of more production delays, like so many of you received last week.

There's no information for the window sticker yet. I imagine that will show up in the coming days.

Awesome! I ordered the Mav Hybrid Lux pkg w/ sunroof on Oct. 23, 2021. Maybe there's hope for me.

That awesome email turned out to be a bust. The dealer I ordered from deleted the CP360 and lux pkg from my order without consulting me. When I talked to the sales manager, he said he took it off to get it into production. I canceled my order. I will not be doing any further business with them. I did contact the sales manager at a different dealer where I purchased my wife's hybrid Escape SE the other day. He has me on his contact list to call me when the 2023 order bank opens up. We had a very smooth transaction and pleasant experience with the Escape. That dealer is 100 miles from us, and they delivered the Escape to us.

I sorry to hear that....that was totally not right, and unethical. Good luck with the upcoming '23 order. Here praying you get what you want in a timely fashion. I was holding on, hoping to receive my '22 model. I can't find any hybrid I want in the Dallas area. I'm looking at a full EV SUV now. I hope things work out for you. Question: How does your wife enjoy the Escape? I haven't looked at it, because I was not a fan of the front facia. I may reconcider. I do like the Kia redesigned Spotage (no hybrids available, though).

My wife loves the hybrid Escape! She gets a little better gas mileage than I do with my hybrid Maverick. She has plenty of room for her needs. I wanted a small truck for a multitude of uses. I’m a cyclist, and the Maverick is low enough to the ground, and just long enough, so I don’t struggle putting my bike in the bed. I make and sell raised bed garden boxes, and I tow a 5’ x 8’ utility trailer to deliver them. Plus, fantastic gas mileage to run errands around town. I love my little hybrid truck!

I was given the same 9/19/22 build date, my order date was late Oct. Sorry if that caused confusion.

Just got an email last night saying my build date was moved forward by a week to 9/12/22. First time I have heard of getting rescheduled earlier.
