Recall put on pause

Did anyone see or hear about FMC putting some recalls on pause. I saw it on another forum but I accidentally removed the post before I could read it.

There are a few software updates that they put on hold. It also effects the Broncos and MachE.

I received an email, this week, from Ford, specifically for my VIN number. In part-

Building vehicles you can count on is one of our most important jobs, which is why Ford has issued a safety recall for some 2022–2023 model-year Ford Maverick Hybrid trucks.

The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) may not illuminate key symbols and warning lights at start-up. If critical safety information is not displayed, this could increase the risk of a crash.

Please take your Ford Maverick truck to a Ford Dealership or Lincoln Retailer to have the software updated. See if your vehicle is included.

We will also adjust software for safety recall 23C41 to ensure that you receive a flashing notification alert if one of the two rear turn signal lamps is out.

It did not mention the reprogram of the PCM, which I have NOT had done. This leads me to believe they are indeed hold off on that particular recall.

The recall on my 2022 is going to be handled by the dealer's mobile service which I didn't know was a thing until I read it here on the forum. This is the one that could affect the taillights
