Finally- the local Ford dealership called and scheduled a repair of my Maverick's rear view camera at my home this week.

How do you get Ford to come to your house for the fix? Is it part of an extended warranty?Tommy Brogan posted this morning the fix for camera freezes is out. I called my dealer, and they are coming by at 10:00 am on 3/11/25 to update mine. One year to the day after I purchased it.
When I called the service department this morning, he didn't even know the update was available (or he pretended not to know!). Either way I got scheduled for tomorrow with the mobile service. Can't hurt to call and ask. Once the letters to owners go out and Ford Pass puts it out there who knows how long the wait will be.I would think dealers would fix any unsold 24s on their lots first. Could take a while for plebs like me.
A lot of dealers have a mobile service. When they did the first update (taillights, I think.) They asked if I wanted them to come to me. They set a time and show up at your house. Beats leaving it at the dealer for a day or two. Call your local dealer and ask if they have a mobile service. How do you get Ford to come to your house for the fix? Is it part of an extended warranty?

I think I'll start a topic to suggest that.It would be super cool if we could get the current three threads on this topic and all future topics merged.
