I'm planning on installing an HD rear sway bar. I have to do the work in the driveway and will probably remove the rear wheels.
Does anyone have a complete list of tools needed so I don't have to interrupt the project to run out to buy a tool I don't have?
I have jack stands and assume I can use them to support the suspension uprights. Will the collapsed suspension interfere with the removal and install of the bar?
Usually I put the jack stand under the trailing arm/chassis mounting point so that suspension extend.
Any tips on the install process would be appreciated.
I know I'm overthinking this project....but I like to know what I'm getting into so there's no surprises later.
