Hello all,
I've enjoyed learning about this platform. You all seem like a nice forum community. Have watched a couple youtube videos on rear facing carseat fitment. I'm really looking to hear from someone currently daily driving their truck with a rear facing carseat. How is it? Do you have it in the middle, or behind the passenger seat?

This truck would be my new commuter. I have a weekend car and the wife has a minivan(LOL) so we would never really need to fit all 4 in the maverick. I've found a used one local where the dealer is going to let me test fit the seat as well this weekend. Thanks in advance.

Mine is used as a daily driver and commonly have 5 of us in it comfortably. I have rear facing baby in the middle, 11 & 9 yr olds on the sides.

I had a rear facing car seat installed behind my passenger seat. Had no complaints from anyone riding shotgun, I could sit in the passanger sit with no complaints also and I'm 5'10", I just recently turned it around to front facing, and got another few inches of room. So long story short, car seats are no problem

I agree with everyone else. I have mine behind the passenger seat and my wife has no complaints about leg room. When my dad rides with he'll slide the seat back maybe an inch if the car seat isn't behind him. Just need to remember to slide it back forward before putting the seat back in again. But that's once every couple months so no biggie.
