Hi, guys.
Recently I took the Maverick to the Dealer to do some recalls and to check a noise it has in the RDU when turn at slow speed. They changed the RDU oil as it says in procedure SSM 52051. That's supposed to be the solution to this problem... When I return, I realize that the problem still continues. I did a scan of the AWD RDU and it shows the "Clutcth Not Full Open".
My question is, Is it normal to be in Not Full Open? What suggestion can you give me besides taking it back to the dealer again? Which I'm going to do.

What was the condition when you ran the scan? I would imagine that status being fluid depending on circumstances. I would think a static condition scan would read open, but that's just speculation on my part. Looks like another trip to the dealer may be in order, assuming you're still under warranty.
