Fuel door open alarm ....... but its not?

Anyone else getting intermittent fuel door open alarms?
Door definitely shut. i ran out at a stop light the first time, the second time it happened on a highway.

This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that happening

My 22 Lariat Hybrid has done this twice. They were both on the highway, a few months apart. There were no other symptoms and no issues after dismissing the warning.

Maybe it's a software glitch.

Mine did this fo the first time this past Saturday driving down a freeway. Had about half a tank left, so it wasn't like I just filled up.
