My MAV22 AWD Lariat has 23,000 miles and started making that same noise. This is the second RDU—the first one was replaced at 15,000 miles—and it also had noise issues when turning.

I live in Puerto Rico and also my 22 Maverick Fx4 4k has that noise. I don't think that's related to temperature.

I just cleaned the area and everything seems to be fine. But it is very strange that the axle came off. I already have an appointment at the dealer next Monday for service.

After only five months of replacing the RDU, this happens. A loose axle and oil leak.. :mad:

Exactly, There are a lot of DTCs, and GPS on Navigation is out of position... I am working on that. As soon as I have it ready I'll upload the as-built file.
