Raptor light install question.

2024 XLT Hybrid. I am going to install some 'raptor' style lights in the grill.
From what I can find out here, most wire them in to the side marker light. I want them on all the time, so I wanted to wire them into the low beam headlights, which I understand are also the DRL.
When the DRL's are on, the side markers are off.
So, the 'raptors' would be on with DRL, or full on headlights.
Some have said you can't do that???

So another way to ask this same question.
Do the headlights run on 12v or 5v, and do the DRL's run at lower voltage?? Any ideas???

I'm pretty sure all the lights run on 12v. Just guessing though.
