Railcar routing

Anyone have any idea how the railcars get routed? My mav is on a csx car, shipped 4-25, destination Florida. Made it to Houston TX in 3 days, then turned north.
Went to Oklahoma for 4 days, then Kansas for 5 days. Left and went to Indiana, then Kentucky. Took 5 days to go Alabama. Each day the scheduled delivery day to Tampa is pushed back a day. Still waiting, need it by the 22nd or I have to cancel a trip to SC. Got to be a better way to move a railcar from Mexico to Florida.

It is not just moving A rail car from Houston to Florida. It boils down to how to get the maximum number of rail cars possible in the fastest time if there is no open space for a rail car leaving Houston for two or three weeks it may be quicker to send it with a group to Oklahoma because there are more trains available to cross the Mississippi river further north? Is there a rail bridge out in Louisiana? God only knows. I have had to fly Amarillo to Dallas in order to arrive in Las Vegas. Poopoo happens.

My rail car is taking my truck on an extended tour as well. Right now it is spending several days in Nashville listening to country music at the Ryman.

My truck is on currently on rail with a final destination of Raleigh, NC. I got the rail tracking info pretty late and have been following it now for a few days. It sat in Atlanta, GA for a couple days, then showed up in Kentucky. No idea where it's headed now. Hopefully east!
