My dealer told me my truck is showing in Arizona. It's been in the same town in Arizona all week. Delivery window is/was March 31 to April 5. Is it normal for trucks to sit on a train in the same town for that long?

I live in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. What are the odds I see my truck by the 5th?

They could be waiting for other rail cars(full of Mavericks) to complete the train so they can move on, They face the same higher fuel prices like all of us and need to maximize their load capacity to make it profitable

Original delivery (from the Ford E-Mail on 2/17) was between March 20 & 26th. When I bought it back in July, my dealer told me it would be ready in November. I'm not that upset because now I missed a winter salt-season.

Did you guys receive it yet I must be on the same rail or company mine was due for delivery April 6-12 it is now the 15th dealer says it is an hour away from me in Buffalo I live in Rochester WTH. Worried. 3 plus days an hour away

My train ride went from 6-12 now 12-22. I'm hoping it's because of the Easter holiday.

Why won’t your dealer give you the rail car number? Takes 1 minute for them to look up.

My dealer hasn’t answered any of the three messages I’ve sent in the past eight months, including a rail car query after shipping. Not worth their effort, it seems. I could understand it if I had been bugging them, but 3 times in 8 months doesn’t seem excessive. I hope to never buy another vehicle from a dealership in my remaining lifetime.

No not even if you been “bugging”. It’s their job to answer any and all questions. That is what they get paid for. I went down to dealership to get mine. I didn’t give them an excuse to ignore me. But just remember their lack of doing the job in your review
