Rail Car initials

I’ve search but no real answer to help. I’ve received rail car # from dealer but not initials

Where can I find it? Window sticker?

I had Ford customer service give me mine.

I spoke with him and Ford chat tonight, all they could tell me was that it was still in Mexico. They didn’t have any rail card information in front of them

It took me a couple times calling them. They couldn’t read the number right away. About the third call they gave it to me.

Most people get them from their dealer. They gave me mine.
