Whoa, that's really weird somebody here said that happened to them after getting some recalls done, I'm definitely checking for that after.

Try a hard reboot



Check for software updates after to ensure it’s on the latest firmware.

Mine was stuck on tonight, truck off. Finally got it off....... Somehow
