Nice CPR color! As for your issue, why don't you try disconnecting the battery for about 5 minutes, then reconnect. See if that "resets" things.

These trucks are rolling computers. As stated above, reset the rolling computer.

Also set the headlight knob to the”0” icon in case you use the “A” , auto on, like many of us.

…when you reconnect the battery, start the truck and verify both left and right DRL’s illuminate. Check for a bad bulb that is out.

Like when?
After you've turned it off, and gotten out of truck - it's still on until you get in and turn knob to off, or even then never turns off and battery drains?

While driving, you have the option to disable them - and it's still on only that side?

Get into the settings and enable the DRL so it matches the action being performed.
Shut truck off.
Start again and disable setting.
Truck off then on.
Still a problem for 1 side only?

300 miles - back to dealer.
