Questions about X-plan/discounts

Last year I finally got my 2022 ford maverick XLT after 2 weeks short of a year wait. Totaled it 3 months later. Which caused me to lose lifetime powertrain warranty and my 0.9 interest rate. I ordered a new 2024 XLT with the tremor package 4x4.

My question is: I used my x-plan to discount the docking fee and shipping cost which saved me $900 on the 2022 Maverick back in December of 2022. I renewed my membership with mustang club of America this year. So Can I use that same pin when purchasing my new 2024 truck? Also does the renewal of membership need to be made 90 days prior to my purchase to attain the pin again?!

Also what’s up with this Farm bureau discount and how do I join that.

Pins can only be used once. You'll need to generate a new pin.

You can generate up to two X-plan pins a year. I ordered in September of 22 and waited until December to get my pin. Was good until 12/4/23. Maverick is now in transit due to arrive shortly so I had to get a second pin that is now good until 9/2024.

If it's a renewal you should be good permitting there was no lapse I'm going to assume. It just says you have to be a member for 90 days prior, technically you've been a member for a year plus permitting there was no lapse

Vic's right OP. You need to be a member for 90 days. They require proof that you are entitled the X-Plan benefit, so in the care for MCA, the membership card with your start date of membership. If you're delivery is before the 90 day window, there will be a problem. Yes you may be able to slide it past at first but when they go to report it sold, the dealer has to make sure all the requirements are met before they get their X-Plan payment from Ford. So if the dealer is not sleepwalking, they will be an issue. And this is coming from a former 23 year Ford salesperson.

I used MCA for my deal (I own a 2006 Mustang GT) and was a member well before my delivery date. Hope all works out for you.
