This is the place to go to see how and what is going on with all the 22MY orders that were assigned a VIN, scheduled and pushed to December scheduling now making the order a 23MY. A great suggestion from one of our loyal followers. Let me go ahead and start it off with my sad story. Order date Oct 11, 2021. Hybrid Lariat Lux 360 with mud flaps and all weather floor mats. Assigned a VIN with production dates in Sept, Oct, Nov and more recently Dec 5.

Ordered 10/18/21. Production dates in August, September, October, November, and now 2023.
Hopefully I can put copilot 360 back on. Only removed it to try to get built.

Lariat lux hybrid with moonroof. Ordered 11/1/21. Build dates started first week of September, pushed repeatedly until finding out this morning that it got sparta kicked into next year.

Went looking at the changes since I ordered and they are significant. Not sure how they will move the orders over but looks like I'll be losing my spray in bed liner, remote start, and likely a few other odds and ends from the lux package. Moonroof prices went up, so did my vehicle price.

Not sure what, if any, changes I'll make once its recreated as a 23. Depends on how they set it up and the pricing offer thats on the table.

Removing adaptive cruise and adding the black appearance package may be on the table for me, depending on the budget.

10-14 XL order initial production scheduled for first week of August. Dealer just called saying my 22 XL is not happening, and they have no information from Ford about the transition to 23. Pricing, interest, options, and priority are all unknown. I just said in another topic that heads need to roll at Ford in a big way, but that Doesn't feel adequate after being strung along for over a year.

Maybe tarred and feathered along with being fired. Idk. All I know is that ford is the worst company I've ever had the misfortune if putting any amount of trust into.

Ford has a lot of company. I'm dealing with a lot of places at work that are just as bad. Enough blame to go all around: The elitist intellectuals in our higher education that started the "Just in Time" manufacturing, Them and the greedy industrialists that promoted outsourcing and the government for not fostering business and commerce and instead being a parasite. But, Moral of the Story is don't drink bad beer. I'm just a stupid citizen.

I don't really care about Ford's comrades in incompetence lol. I care about being strung along for over a year, and the communication failures that literally have to be intentional at this point.

So appears I am now pushed to a 2023. My latest production date from the email on Tuesday night was 11/21. Today ford chat is telling me 12/19 smh

So I will lose the spray in bed liner, the bed rails, the remote start as well as my financing protection. And with a comparable offer they gave the unassigned vin 2022's, I will be paying more to boot.

Terrible first Ford experience. I may buy something else now and just flip this the day it comes (whenever that is)

This is probably a stupid question, but I wonder if Ford will extend a credit for the purchase of the bed rails, spray in bed liner and have local dealer install? I can deal with waiting to have those items installed after I get my vehicle order. What will tic me off is having ordered a product with agreed certain items and sign an agreement along with a good faith deposit then have that agreement broken makes me an unhappy camper.
