Program settings for when remote starting?

How is this done without physically going in truck and doing it before remote starting ?

I want heated steering wheel/wiper area and mirrors and seats and full blast defroster to come on

Except the manual kind of lies because it typically doesn't turn on heated seats and wheel unless they were on when last shut off. Mirrors/wiper tray is truly automatic and actually at a fairly high temp; off the top of my head 45-ish Fahrenheit.

It absolutely does in auto when outside is under a certain temp. Around 50-45 degrees and below, everytime I Auto start the seats, steering wheel, and mirror defrost are on regardless of setting I had them at when shutting it down prior.
