Production delay with no notice

Just a public service announcement, my order scheduled to build this week (9/12) was delayed a month. There was no notification from the dealer or Ford. I ended up contacting support chat out of curiosity and was told it was moved to 10/10. It doesn't show up on the tracker either.

You might want to check with Ford chat if you have a production week to get the latest info.

Technically no. The original email said I was scheduled for the week of 9/12. The tracker had no info on build week or production status. I hadn't heard anything so I contacted dealer, who said "scheduled for week of 9/12". I checked with Ford chat and they confirmed a delay to week of 10/10.

I've defintly noticed that, I was just suprised I had to ask Ford chat to get the latest info. I've always heard that the dealer should have the latest info, which they didn't.
