I just called Ford Customer Service & Lariat Hybrid, FE, Lux Pkg, CoPilot 360 went from In Production May 31st to in Production June 27th. My Ford Tracker went from In Production 5/31 to now Order confirmed. Depressing with all these setbacks. It is what it is.
Yeah, I just called Ford CS & same thing here, changed to production to June 27th. Do the delays ever end???
The same thing happened to me last week. I was in production on May 31st, but now the Ford tracking site went back to "order confirmed". I was able to see my window sticker too. I called customer service on Monday and was told my order has slipped to June 27th... Now I have more time to clean out the garage! ;-)
Same here, I've had f five push backs & now I went from production of May 31st to week of June 27th. Actually this past Tuesday morning my salesman called me to tell me my Maverick Hybrid would be delayed three to four months due to a Battery Pack issue over heating & then that same evening at 7:10 PM I receive the email from Ford telling me production moved from May 31st to week of June 27th. Strange!!! I called CS the next day & they confirmed build date of July 1st. Ordered 7/26/21 Hybrid, RR, First Edition, Lux Pkg, CoPilot 360. I've had my window sticker/vin for some time now.
Update: I just checked the Module Build Data, I now have multiple codes! Which means the truck is now built, waiting on the Tracking site to update, might take two days apparently... (We have the same build week mines June 08) Where is yours at?
Yes, last week Tuesday my salesman called me with bad news telling me that the latest update that my Hybrid Lariat was built, but was on hold for three to four months pending a resolution of the battery pack overheating or something to. that effect. I was devastated as it has been on order since 7/26/21. The same evening at 7:10pm I received an email from Ford saying my production date had been changed to week of June 27th. I called Ford CS the next day & he told me my truck would not ship until August 1st. So, I'm between a rock & hard place not knowing what is going on - I will call Ford CS again this afternoon & see what has changed if anything. I suspect the delays have to to with the battery packs as I see more & more issues on this forum regarding issues with the battery packs.
Where do I find "Order track tracker"? Aren't they one & the same?
Top of the page, one of the links is called Trackers, it's in the list of items there, I think the website is ordertrack.app
I'm guessing there are a lot of us in the same situation... I've tried checking my status on Ford's tracking site and I haven't been able to get in for over a week.
