Power Train Control module recall applied last week any else have this done yet? it done
How long did it take, was it a wait or drop-off for a day or two? - Some of the F150 updates take several hours, where they're connecting them to a 12v supply and leaving overnight to update, according to my brother. (His reason they didn't do updates with their mobile service).

The dealer initially told me at least a full day for the reprogramming. Picked it up two hours later. It smoothed out the electric/ICE transition and gave a small improvement to the mileage. No negatives for me.

I just got my first oil change and had the recall stuff done as well. I waited for my truck at the dealership for a little over two hours. This was done only 2 days ago and with what little driving I've done so fay I have not noticed any differences in how she drives.Reason I ask, do feel a change with the braking. Before was very tight could lock them up on a dime.
My dealer is on the way here today to do this recall with their "mobile unit." They are "80% sure" that this will also solve the battery issues I have been having. I will update if I learn anything.Reason I ask, do feel a change with the braking. Before was very tight could lock them up on a dime.
